Assemble at Delhi boarding point in the evening. Meet your fellow travelers and trip captain. Board comfortable AC Volvo/Tempo Traveler for an overnight journey to the apple orchards of Narkanda.
Drive along the roaring Sutlej river on the Hindustan-Tibet road. Marvel at the dramatic rock carvings on the mountain cliffs. Arrive at Kalpa and witness the majestic sunset over the Sacred Kinner Kailash peak.
Cross into Spiti Valley. Stop at scenic Nako Lake and visit the 500-year-old naturally preserved mummy of monk Sangha Tenzin at Gue village. Check-in at Kaza hotel and explore the local cafe culture.
A full day of world records! Visit Key Monastery, highest post office at Hikkim (send real postcards!), the world’s highest motorable village at Komic, and Langza with its iconic Buddha statue looking over snow peaks.
Drive through the rugged trails of Losar and cross 15,000-ft Kunzum Pass. Reach the sacred turquoise waters of Chandratal. Enjoy bonfire, music, and a surreal night under a blanket of glittering stars.
Wake up to crisp mountain air. Drive through Batal, Chhatru and cross through the architectural marvel Atal Tunnel. Arrive in Manali by evening, celebrate with a farewell group dinner.
