By booking any travel package, group tour, or customized itinerary through our website, mobile interface, WhatsApp desk, or authorized representatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Traveler" or "Client") and Flysly Vacation.

If you are booking on behalf of companions or a group, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

• A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the requisite advance deposit (token amount) per person along with government-issued photo identification.
• The balance payment for domestic departures must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the trip start date, or as communicated by our team on WhatsApp.
• For international tours, full payment and visa documents must be submitted 30 days prior to scheduled departure.
• Accepted payment methods include authorized UPI, IMPS/NEFT bank transfers, and verified payment gateway links. Always verify payment receipts issued from our official domain (flyslyvacation.com).

All cancellation requests must be delivered in writing via email to info@flyslyvacation.com or submitted to your assigned booking coordinator. The following standard cancellation slabs apply:

* Note: Airfares, special inner-line permits, high-altitude expedition permits, and non-refundable hotel deposits are strictly subject to third-party airline/hotel cancellation rules.

High-altitude journeys (e.g. Spiti Valley, Ladakh, Meghalaya) are subject to unpredictable mountain weather, roadblocks, landslides, snow accumulation, and administrative restrictions. In any such force majeure event:

• The decision of the Flysly Trip Captain regarding alternate routes or safety stops is final and binding.
• Any supplementary expenses arising from extra days of accommodation, alternate vehicles, or transport disruptions must be borne directly by the travelers on actuals.
• No refunds will be granted for missed sightseeing due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Flysly Vacation prides itself on high-vibe, safe, and respectful group travel. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or inappropriate physical conduct towards fellow travelers, locals, or trip crew.
• Possession or consumption of prohibited substances or narcotics during the expedition.
• Littering, damaging local ecology, or disrespecting cultural monuments and monasteries.

The Trip Captain reserves full authority to offload any passenger whose conduct jeopardizes group safety or decorum, with zero liability for refund.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
